Question 1

How does the custom production process work?

Accepted Answer

Production at MANSANGSA follows the steps below. Some steps may be adjusted depending on the project.
1. Consultation
We confirm the basics such as design, quantity, sizes, and purpose, then propose a production direction
2. Materials, process, and production method
We outline the applicable methods and send a final quote
3. Proof review and revisions
We share artwork and production proofs, and revise them as needed
4. Sample production
We let you know in advance whether a sample made with the actual production process is optional or required
5. Production and delivery
Mass production → inspection → delivery to your designated address

Question 2

I'd like to check my order details.

Accepted Answer

Once a manager is assigned,
✔️ we share the quote, contract details, and production schedule by email or messenger.
✔️ we let you know the key checkpoints at each production stage. Feel free to contact your manager at any time.

Question 3

Can I request production with only an idea and no design files?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. Even without a finished design, we can start planning from the idea you have in mind or a few reference images.
MANSANGSA's dedicated MD and in-house design team support the whole process, from setting the product direction to finalizing the proof.

Question 4

Can individual customers use the custom production service?

Accepted Answer

MANSANGSA is a B2B custom production service for companies, brands, and IP holders.
If you want a single custom item for yourself, please use Marpple (marpple.com).
If you are a creator who wants to sell merch online without holding inventory, please use MarppleShop (marpple.shop).

Question 5

Can you make special products such as plush figures or figures?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can. Beyond plush figures, character cushions, and plush keyrings, MANSANGSA has expertise in many figure types, including PVC, resin, SD, and miniature figures.
Plush and figure products do have a higher minimum order quantity (MOQ) than apparel or promotional items, so we recommend confirming the details through a consultation.

Question 6

Can I use another company's game or anime IP for the merch I'm requesting?

Accepted Answer

MANSANGSA plans and produces products only for IP that the client legitimately owns or has secured usage rights for.
If you are using third-party IP, the client is responsible for confirming copyright and license terms and completing any contracts in advance.

Question 7

Can I see a physical sample before mass production?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. Before starting mass production, MANSANGSA makes a physical sample so you can check the materials, quality, and design details yourself.
Depending on the product type, a sample may be required or optional, and your MD will let you know in advance.

Question 8

How do you ensure quality for products made overseas, like in China?

Accepted Answer

MANSANGSA directly runs and manages its own global sourcing pipeline. We act as your single point of contact in Korea for the language barriers, communication errors, and logistics and customs issues that can come with overseas orders,
and every product goes through a professional inspection process before shipping. You get stable quality while keeping cost competitiveness close to ordering directly.

Question 9

Can you deliver event merch on time for our live event?

Accepted Answer

Your dedicated MD at MANSANGSA works backward from the event's opening date to manage the production and delivery schedule as one plan.
Finished products can be delivered straight to the event venue, which shortens the schedule and keeps lead times under control.

Question 10

How long is the lead time for overseas production?

Accepted Answer

It varies by product, but on average it takes about 8–10 weeks including one round of sampling.
Please note that it can take several weeks longer when demand is high, when a mold has to be made, or when holidays such as Lunar New Year fall within the period.
If the schedule is expected to run longer than average, your MD will let you know in advance and recommend a timeline worked backward from your deadline.

Question 11

Can I change the items in a kit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. Kit contents can be changed to the products you want, and the packaging can also be made to your specifications.
If you are considering a custom kit, your MD supports you nonstop from planning to shipping.

Question 12

Is it possible to produce first and settle payment later?

Accepted Answer

For public institutions, public enterprises, and government-funded projects, we can produce first and settle later in consideration of internal payment systems. For general companies and organizations, a 50% advance payment or a separate contract may be required.

Question 13

Can I order custom kit boxes and packaging only?

Accepted Answer

Yes, packaging can be produced on its own. We also offer a fulfillment service: send us items sourced from other suppliers and we assemble and pack them in the packaging we made, then handle the final shipment.

Question 14

Can I use embroidery instead of screen printing on T-shirts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, embroidery is available. Because of how the embroidery process works, it may cost more than screen printing or digital printing, so we will send you an accurate comparative quote after reviewing your artwork.
